Filmore & Union launch new Spring/Summer menu

‘Feel good’ food & drink brand Filmore & Union to launch their new Spring/Summer menu across its’ restaurants on Tuesday 17th April.

The Spring/Summer menu combines Filmore’s ethos to create pure, natural and wholesome dishes using health-inspired ingredients and ensuring a wide variety of exciting options for those with special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free and vegetarian (Filmore & Union gained Coeliac UK’s GF (gluten free) accreditation in 2014 meeting all the required standards to prepare and serve safe gluten free options).

The menu offers a range of exciting new dishes including a large selection of ‘build your own salads’ perfect for the summer season.  There’s a wide choice of main elements to the salads including courgette and turmeric chickpea cake or a salmon fillet with flax and sunflower seeds with the choice of two kitchen salads and two kitchen sides.

A summer porridge has been added to all breakfast menus but Filmore favourites such as hummus eggs, smashed avocado and Filmore’s classic bagels are still available across the restaurants.

The drinks menu has also been updated to reflect the Summer season.  The already extensive list now sees the addition of iced coffees and sparkling infusions including Icy maca mocha and agave and a grapefruit juice, lime & cayenne pepper with aromatic tonic – refreshing at any time of the day.

Jake Chapman, Filmore & Union nutritionist says “The summer menu reflects our customers desire to eat healthily but also to try new flavours and ingredients that can contribute to a sense of well-being.  We’ve worked with local suppliers to ensure are menus include the best seasonal produce available and are packed with taste and colour”.
