It’s International Yoga Day this Sunday and in celebration of this annual day of spirituality, we’ve teamed up with Sweaty Betty who have organised a free day of yoga! Great for beginners or regulars, the workshop will be held at their store in Leeds’ Victoria Quarter from 11am, followed by complimentary juices from us and you’ll also have the opportunity to get pampered by expert therapists from Neal’s Yard.
