About NUYU fitness bootcamp: 
Bootcamp is a ladies only 6 week fitness programme designed to help ladies get fit, burn fat and tone up. It will involve a mix of strength, cardio, flexibility, core and functional movement. Nutritional guidance is also included to help support with weight management. Bootcamp is all about a team environment where your trainer  and your team mates will motivate and challenge you to reach your fitness goals. You will make new friends, have fun and get fit at the same time!

Meet Nu-Yu Fitness with Melanie Copcutt:  
Hello, my name is Mel and this is my ladies only small business - NUYU fitness. Helping ladies with weight management, nutrition and everyday health and fitness is something I am extremely passionate about. We live in a society where looking anything more than a size 0 celebrity is viewed as overweight and becoming ‘super skinny’ is what we should be striving for. The pressure’s placed on woman to be “perfect” has become almost normal and the mixed messages about what foods to eat and fad diets has left everyone confused and disheartened. Through my personal training and group fitness bootcamps I aim to educate, motivate and deliver the best advice and training possible to help ladies overcome their battle with weight and their struggle to succeed.

Exercise should be fun… it’s not in my interests to intimidate you but rather inspire and challenge you through enjoyable exercise programmes. Whether you goal is to become stronger, motivate aand support you throughout the process.
