This super creamy and delicious berry, kale and hemp smoothie recipe is SO heavenly, don’t be surprised if you end up making one every day!
Perfect for whizzing up for breakfast, taking to the gym for a post workout snack or as an afternoon pick me up, this smoothie ticks all the health boxes. Try it for yourself…
1/2 ripe banana
2 handfuls kale
1 handful mixed berries
2 tbsp hemp seeds
200ml almond milk
Superfood of choice (optional)
Simply place all the ingredients in the blender, blend until smooth and serve with ice in a glass! Sprinkle on extra hemp seeds if you wanna be really fancy!
