To keep things fresh and exciting, we love to play around with different combinations when it comes to salads. This seasonal and super summery blueberry, watermelon and feta salad is uber refreshing and packed with flavour for the ultimate side dish to go with either grilled chicken, salmon or baked tofu for a vegan option! It’s incredibly easy to throw together too - meaning you have more time to relax in the garden… Winning!


2 cups fresh blueberries, washed

1 watermelon, diced

1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

himalayan salt and black pepper, to taste


Place the blueberries, watermelon, mint, red onion and feta in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil on top and season to taste, toss and dig in!
