This smoothie oozes with festive flavours that have us feeling all kinds of excitement for the Christmas countdown to commence! Try whizzing one up for breakfast when you’re short on time, or for a naturally sweet pick me up come the mid morning/afternoon sugar craving. 1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon almond butter

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 ground nutmeg

1/4 ground cardamom

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp rolled oats

1 cup almond milk


You know the drill, Filmorites… Just place all the above ingredients in to your blender and whizz up until smooth. Sip away!
