RECIPE: GRILLED PEACHES, HONEY GREEK YOGHURT + GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS:

6 ripe peaches, halves and stone removed

2 tsp melted coconut oil or olive oil

1 cup organic greek yoghurt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup raw local honey

3/4 cup Filmore granola

Fresh berries + mint leaves, to garnish

METHOD

Preheat the grill to a medium high heat.

Mix the vanilla with the greek yoghurt and honey until well combined and put in the fridge to chill.

Brush the peaches with the coconut oil and grill on each side for 3 minutes.

Remove from the grill, add a spoonful of the yoghurt inside each peach and sprinkle with granola, berries and mint leaves. Serve up!
