As you guys have probably guessed, we’re suckers for a good smoothie. Hey, the proof is in the menu!

We’re taking our seasonal food focus of nectarines in to this super vibrant and refreshing blend that is guaranteed to brighten up any grey September morning thanks to the punchy raspberries that add that extra pop of colour and tantalising flavour! We’ve kept this baby dairy free by using coconut yoghurt, but you could always sub it out for a high quality full fat greek yoghurt for just the same effect…


1 nectarine, chopped and stone removed

1 handful fresh raspberries

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Dash pure vanilla extract

4 mint leaves, chopped

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup



Simply blend everything up until smooth and serve up!
