One thing’s for sure: A dressing can be a game changer when it comes to making your every day salad that little bit more sumptuous. We’ve created this seasonal blueberry number with the powerful superfoods chia and acai to tantalise your every taste bud and nurture your bod… What’s not to like? Keep in the fridge and have it ready to dress up your lunch in no time!


1 cup fresh blueberries

1 tbsp acai powder/juice (optional)

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey

pinch each of himalayan salt + cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon chia seeds


Simply blend the blueberries, lemon, acai, olive oil and maple syrup in a blender until smooth, then add in the salt and pepper and chia seeds. Get dressed!
