This recipe is far from your typical, sugar-laced milkshake, made with only fresh fruit and almond milk. It couldn’t be simpler! With only three ingredients, it’s super easy and quick to make and it’s perfect for those hot days that should be just around the corner. Made with strawberries, banana and almonds, this naturally sweet and nourishing smoothie is packed with antioxidants for a youthful complexion, vitamin C for a healthy heart, potassium for lowering blood pressure and skin-loving vitamin E. Makes 2 glasses
400ml almond milk
1. Peel the banana and wash the strawberries.
2. Place the fruit into a blender with the almond milk (or a large jug if using a hand-blender) and blitz everything together to your desired consistency. So simple!
